Tombstone Packages:

The gravestone rental packages include a collection of different sizes and shapes. We will accommodate special requests, but rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

6 stones package predetermined – Realistic tomb stones
12 stones package predetermined –This package will be a combination of small & large tomb stones, one or more stones will be 6 to 7 feet tall with animation and/or lighting.

Add our graveyard fencing to your stones to have a complete cemetery look!

3 Crypt Packages: These rentals allow you to create a more authentic and detailed look to fit both your space requirements and budget needs. Please read through the descriptions below and choose the best one for your event or party and then contact our office for full details and add-ons.

We carry 3 types of Crypt packages for year round use. Packages 1 sets up in minutes by the customer and 2 and 3 require our crew to deliver and set up within an hour.

Large stone crypt & lights kit $110 for 3 day rental

1. Small Crypt – If you need to fill in a small area for a party, corporate event, window display, etc., this is the package for you! About the size of a large coffin. Includes a few miscellaneous add-on props to create a nice vignette. Contact us for quote.
Basic price, no frills is $75. Price assumes customer pickup.

2. Mausoleum Crypt – If you need to fill in a larger area for a party, corporate event, window display, etc., this is the package! Measures 8feet x 8feet x 4feet. Includes electronic lantern(s), window and fenced door and a few miscellaneous add-on props to create a a very creepy night look. Contact us for your location quote.
Basic price for delivery, setup and tear down, no frills is $397 in Connecticut.

3. Large Mausoleum Crypt – If you need to fill in an even larger area for a party, corporate event, etc., this package won’t disappoint! Measures 8feet x 8feet x 8feet. Includes electronic lantern(s), internal or external furnishings, coffin/stone crypt, windows and fenced door and a few miscellaneous add-on props to create a a very impressive display! Basic price for delivery, setup and tear down, no electronics or staging is $497 in Connecticut.

RENT A HAUNTED CEMETERY

A small sample of what we can deliver…

You hurry down the path of our haunted graveyard, you feel an unnerving creepiness in your bones. Perhaps the most unsettling aspect of our cemetery is trying to figure out which specter is alive and which is simply there for ambiance while you stumble around in the dark…

After a few inanimate objects jump out from dark corners, the thought of what might be around the next turn can be terrifying. Sometimes you are entertained by some silly spook at your side while a moment later…Wow! Where did that thing come from!? Perhaps from the Hell-mouth you just passed or the undulating and smoking grave at your feet…

Eventually you pass crops of headstones glinting in the moonlight, (or, if inside, we can supply your own full moon); each stone engraved with the Cliff-notes version of the dead person’s life. At times the dead are restless or perhaps it is just your imagination that sees a large 6′ monolith actually shivering in the dark? You walk past sunken graves and dying flowers hoping upon hope that the sound you hear is just the wind or your heart beating; still you try to shake the feeling that something is following close on your heels…

The cost for a custom setup/delivery depends on space layout and address location of Event/Party. The investment can range from $3,000 to $6,000. Please contact us for a quote!

If this is an outdoor event, the customer will need to supply an enclosure or tent cover adequate for protecting the size of the graveyard setup from poor weather and supply outside power.

We carry 4 types of graveyard packages for year round use. Package 1 and 2 is same day set up, package 3 and 4 require one or more days for set up.

1. Small Graveyard Vignette – If you need to fill in a small area for a party, corporate event, window display, etc., this is the package for you! Includes enough fencing to enclose the props and six or more grave stones, greenery, spooky tree and miscellaneous add-ons. Recommended for indoor use only.

2. Mid-range Graveyard Vignette – This package contains all the materials needed to create a “walk through & pass by décor vignette”: 12- 15 Tomb Stones, Ancient Ruins Facade, Fencing, (which creates the walking path), Illusions of Ghosts, Fog, (where possible), Lighting, Animatronics, Stone Crypt, Front Gates, Props, 1 entrance/exit, Sound System and Consultant to educate client and volunteers on scare tactics. Recommended for indoor use, but can be adapted for outdoor use.

Economical spooky fencing with no actors – $4,700 per weekend
with actors – $5,000 per weekend

3. Large Graveyard Vignette w/Animation – This package contains all the materials needed to create a “walk through & pass by décor vignette”: 20 Tomb Stones, Ancient Ruins, Fencing, (which creates the walking path), Illusions of Ghosts, Fog, Lighting, Animatronics, Stone Crypt, Fog, (where possible), Gates, Crypt Props, 1 entrance/exit, Sound System and Consultant to educate client and volunteers on scare tactics. Recommended for indoor use, but can be adapted for outdoor use.

Realistic spooky fencing with no actors – $8,600 per weekend
with actors – $9,000 per weekend

4. Large Walk Through Graveyard Attraction – This package contains all the materials needed to create a walk through attraction of approximately 500 square feet: Tomb Stones, Ancient Ruins Facade Fencing, (which creates the walking path), Illusions of Ghosts, Fog, (where possible), Lighting, Animatronics, Stone Crypt, Front Gates with Stone Entrance, large and small Props, 1 entrance/exit, Sound System, Consultant to educate client and volunteers on scare tactics and I Technician on site if needed. This attraction comes with actors. This is a visual show with scares. Recommended for indoor use, but can be adapted for outdoor use.

$15,000 per event.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!

All Haunted Graveyard package deals for Halloween are on a first come, first serve basis, and October booking starts in June. Due to the extensive planning and marketing of these haunts, October is the only month that last minute requests are not accepted so please book early!
If you choose our actors for packages 2 – 4, we will have one technician and one consultant on site during setup and operational hours.

An extra charge of $500-$2,000 may be added to packages for out of state rentals to cover travel and accommodation costs for our crew, as well as shipping costs for equipment.
